Dmitry Chernikov spots an instance of the "Mr. Brain" fallacy

Dmitry Chernikov spot an instance of what I have been calling the "Mr. Brain" fallacy, in Richard Dawkins.

"American blacks, a violent, unintelligent, amoral group with high time preference, little concern for white social (and sexual) norms, and a strong proclivity for leeching off public treasury, deserve contempt rather than the hysterical tear-shedding we are treated to every single day.

There is no doubt in my mind that the reason for black failure is a deficiency of blacks as a group in the very qualities required for success in America, such as intelligence, concern for the future, and the willingness to follow the Golden Rule. And yet, nobody questions the preposterous belief in the equality of races in public."

Mr. Reppert, wherever do you find such learned philosophers with such penetrating insight into the human brain as this?

I believe this is argument is ad hominem. What he says about African-Americans is irrelevant to what he says about the mind and the brain. Otherwise, Darwin's racial inegalitarian remarks would count against evolution.

Hiero5ant,

"At some future period, not very distant as measured by centuries, the civilized races of man will almost certainly exterminate and replace throughout the world the savage races.” -Charles Darwin

Wherever do you find such learned scientists with such penetrating insight into the highly evolved homo sapien as this?

I was influenced by Michael Levin's "Why Race Matters: Race Differences and What They Mean." See a review of this book.

At least I'm not in trouble like Hoppe, though I may be asking for it (and he didn't even make value judgments in his lecture!).
